Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Deepal Chand, Land Information New Zealand, pursuant to section 117(7), declares the areas of stopped road described in the Schedule to this notice to be added to the land in Record of Title 1021967 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
