Under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and pursuant to a resolution dated 24 May 2016, the New Plymouth District Council, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, declares the land described in the Schedule as recreation reserve to form part of Sir Victor Davies Park and pursuant to section 16(2) is deemed to be classified for that purpose within the meaning of the Act.
