Gazette.govt.nzUnder section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the New Plymouth District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 24 May 2016 hereby classifies the reserve described in the First Schedule as recreation reserve and the land in the Second Schedule to be local purpose (esplanade) reserve to form part of Sir Victor Davies Park and pursuant to section 16(2) are deemed to be classified for those purposes within the meaning of the Act.
