Gazette.govt.nzUnder section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and pursuant to a resolution dated 24 May 2016, the New Plymouth District Council, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be local purpose (esplanade) reserve and the land in the Second Schedule to be local purpose (river control) reserve and pursuant to section 16(2) deemed to be classified for those purposes within the meaning of the Act.
