Pursuant to the Greater Christchurch Regeneration Act 2016, and a delegation from the Minister for Greater Christchurch Regeneration, I, Matthew Bradley, Manager Land and Property, Crown Property, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amend the notice dated 22 February 2022, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 February 2022, Notice No. 2022-ln633, by:

1. deleting “e” from the recital
2. adding the following to the recital:
5. vests the land owned by the Christchurch City Council set out in Schedule 12 to this notice in the Crown and amalgamates that land with the Crown-owned land in Schedule 9;
6. makes the amalgamation of land as set out in Schedule 7 to this notice;
3. adds the Schedule shown below.
