Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Porirua City Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 19 August 2021, gives notice that:

1. the reserve described in the First Schedule is classified as recreation reserve;
2. the reserve described in the Second Schedule is classified as scenic reserve;
3. the reserves described in the Third Schedule are classified as local purpose reserve (flood protection, ecology and pathway);
4. the reserve described in the Fourth Schedule is classified as local purpose (drainage) reserve;
5. the reserve described in the Fifth Schedule is classified as local purpose reserve (road reserve);
6. the reserves described in the Sixth Schedule are classified as local purpose reserve (utility);

subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
