Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jonathan Wright, Land Information New Zealand:

1. pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 117(7), added to the land in Record of Title NA655/242;
2. pursuant to sections 116 and 118(1)(a), declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped, remain vested in the Far North District Council as an esplanade reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977; and
3. pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and remain vested in the Far North District Council

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
