Pursuant to section 44(3) of the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011 (“Act”), and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, I, Sonya Wikitera, Toitu Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand, certify that the developer, Tauranga Bridge Marina Limited, is permitted to dispose of the reclaimed land shown in the Schedule pursuant to section 44(2)(a)(ii) of the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011 to Cargood Holdings Limited who is a related company as defined under section 2(3)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
