Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Geoff Falloon, chartered accountant of Biz Rescue Limited, was appointed liquidator of the above incorporated society by resolution passed at a special general meeting on 23 November 2021 which was confirmed at a subsequent special general meeting held on 1 February 2022 at 6.00pm.

Note: This is a solvent entity being amalgamated with Volleyball Tasman Incorporated.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

The liquidator has fixed 10 March 2022 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at that date, and a distribution is declared, will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
