Notice of Direction For the Disposition of the Surplus Asset of a Dissolved Incorporated Society

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that consequent on the dissolution on 6 April 2022 of the above-named society, its surplus asset, being approximately $22,469.09 held in cheque and term deposit accounts at the Wellsford branch of the ASB Bank be vested in NGARIMU VC AND 28TH (MAORI) BATTALION MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND BOARD.

This direction shall become final on 8 May 2022. No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
