Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code—Amendment No. 212
The following instruments are separate instruments in the Federal Register of Legislation and are known collectively in the Food Standards Gazette as Amendment No. 212.
The Board of Food Standards Australia New Zealand gives notice of the making of this Variation under section 92 of the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Act 1991. The Variation commences on the date specified in clause 3 of this Variation.

This instrument is the Food Standards (Proposal M1020 – Maximum Residue Limits (2021)) Variation.
The Schedule varies a Standard in the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

The later of: (a) the day after this instrument is registered; and (b) the day the Food Standards (M1019 – Review of Schedule 22 – Foods and classes of foods - Consequential Amendments) Variation commences. However, the provisions do not commence at all if the event mentioned in paragraph (b) does not occur. |
