Pursuant to section 19 of the National Animal Identification and Tracing (NAIT) Act 2012, I, Stephen Stuart, as Chief Executive of National Animal Identification and Tracing Limited, which is the designated NAIT organisation, give notice of amendment of the NAIT Standard: Accreditation of Entities Dealing with NAIT Animals, and the NAIT Standard: Accreditation of Information Providers.

The amendments are to remove the word “signed” from clauses 2.7 and 4.9 of both Standards.

The amended NAIT Standards take effect on the date of publication of this notice.

Copies of the Standard may be obtained from the OSPRI website www.ospri.co.nz.
