Social Workers Registration Board (Fees and Disciplinary Levy) Notice May 2022
Pursuant to sections 108 and 109 of the Social Workers Registration Act 2003, the Social Workers Registration Board sets out the Fees and the Disciplinary Levy prescribed by the Social Workers Registration Board.
This notice may be cited as the Social Workers Registration Board (Fees and Disciplinary Levy) Notice May 2022.
This notice comes into force on 1 May 2022. The fees payable in this notice will replace the fees payable for the education programme annual fees, education programme recognition vetting fees, practising certificate fee, practicing certificate (new graduate) and disciplinary levy in the Social Workers Registration Board (Fees and Disciplinary Levy) Notice June 2021 (New Zealand Gazette, 5 May 2021, Notice No. 2021-gs1747).
The Social Work Registration Board prescribes the Fees and Levy payable to the Board specified in the Schedule to this notice.
The fees are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).
The Education programme recognition and re-recognition fee will now be known as the Education programme recognition vetting fee
The fee applies to an education provider applying to deliver a prescribed qualification for the purposes of the Social Workers Registration Act.
The fee is unchanged from the previous year
The Education programme accreditation mid-cycle fee is now known as the Education programme annual fee
The fee applies to an education provider delivering a prescribed qualification for the purposes of the Social Workers Registration Act.
