Pursuant to section 15(7)(a) of the National Animal Identification and Tracing (NAIT) Act 2012, I, Barry Harris, as Chair of National Animal Identification and Tracing Limited, which is the designated NAIT organisation, confirm that the 2012 Gazette notice issuing the NAIT Identification System Standard (New Zealand Gazette, 14 June 2012, Notice No. 2012-gs3554), constituted a notice of approval of the NAIT identification system under section 15(7)(a) of the NAIT Act.
