Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, acting under delegated authority, I revoke the Notice of Direction to appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the St Joseph’s School (Kaikoura) (3530) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 May 2021, Notice No. 2021-go1722).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
