Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008 and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 15 November 2021, which was granted under those regulations to Graham Armstrong, in respect of Little Sweethearts Montessori – Historic Village (30096), situated at 159 Seventeenth Avenue, Tauranga South, Tauranga.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
