I, Glenn Dunbier, Deputy Commissioner of Police, pursuant to a delegation from the Commissioner of Police dated 13 January 2021 and section 73 of the Telecommunications (Interception Capability and Security) Act 2013, hereby appoint Lauano Susan Schwalger as the Registrar of network operators to exercise all functions, duties and powers of the Registrar of network operators contained in the Telecommunications (Interception Capability and Security) Act 2013.

In making this appointment, I also revoke the earlier appointment of Richard Chambers as Registrar that was made on 9 May 2017.
