Pursuant to section 37(1)(c) of the Health and Disability Services (Safety) Act 2001 (“Act”), I Ruihua Gu, Acting Group Manager, Quality Assurance and Safety, Regulatory Services, under the delegation of the Director-General of Health cancel the current designation of The DAA Group Limited to audit the provision of health and disability services under the Act.

This cancellation takes effect from 15 December 2022.
