On 15 December 2022, the Employment Court of New Zealand adjudged that Samra Holdings Limited trading as Te Puna Liquor Centre, 37 Monmouth Street, Tauranga, be banned from entering into any employment agreement as an employer or being involved in the hiring or employment of employees for a period of 2 years from 31 January 2023.
