Pursuant to Section 142Q of the Employment Relations Act 2000

On 15 December 2022, the Employment Court of New Zealand adjudged that Samra Holdings Limited trading as Te Puna Liquor Centre, 37 Monmouth Street, Tauranga, be banned from entering into any employment agreement as an employer or being involved in the hiring or employment of employees for a period of 2 years from 31 January 2023.

On 15 December 2022, the Employment Court of New Zealand adjudged that Samra Enterprises Limited trading as Greerton Liquor Centre, 37 Monmouth Street, Tauranga, be banned from entering into any employment agreement as an employer or being involved in the hiring or employment of employees for a period of 2 years from 31 January 2023.

On 15 December 2022, the Employment Court of New Zealand adjudged that Samra Brothers Limited trading as Paeroa Liquor Centre, 37 Monmouth Street, Tauranga, be banned from entering into any employment agreement as an employer or being involved in the hiring or employment of employees for a period of 2 years from 31 January 2023.

On 15 December 2022, the Employment Court of New Zealand adjudged that Akal Holdings Limited trading as Cherrywood Liquor Centre, 37 Monmouth Street, Tauranga, be banned from entering into any employment agreement as an employer or being involved in the hiring or employment of employees for a period of 2 years from 31 January 2023.

On 15 December 2022, the Employment Court of New Zealand adjudged that Sukhdev Singh, 52 Waterside Drive, Pyes Pa, Tauranga, be banned from entering into any employment agreement as an employer or being involved in the hiring or employment of employees for a period of 3 years from 31 January 2023.
