to be an electricity operator for the purposes of section 24 of the Electricity Act 1992.

The Declaration of Electricity Operator (Electric Boat Co NZ Limited) Notice 2022 declares an electricity distributor to be an electricity operator under the Electricity Act 1992.

Electric Boat Co NZ Limited is declared an operator for the purposes of section 24 of the Electricity Act 1992, which gives it rights to construct and maintain electricity works on roads.
