Pursuant to section 11(1) of the Commerce Act 1986, the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs has appointed:

Anna Kirsten Rawlings, of Auckland

as an Associate Member of the Commerce Commission, for a term commencing on 5 December 2022 and ending on 4 December 2023, in respect of matters arising under the Commerce Act 1986, Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003.
