Under section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Peter Bryant Highton, Senior Solicitor, the New Zealand Treasury, give notice that on 6 October 2022 the Honourable Grant Robertson, Minister of Finance, the Honourable Dr Megan Woods, Minister of Housing, and the Honourable Michael Wood, Minister of Transport, gave joint approval under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 163(1) of that Act (restrictions on giving of guarantees and indemnities), for Auckland Light Rail Limited to give indemnities to Aurecon New Zealand Limited and Arup New Zealand Limited.
