Pursuant to section 236(1) of the Intelligence and Security Act 2017 (“Act”), the Prime Minister, the Right Honourable Jacinda Ardern, having consulted with the Intelligence and Security Committee under section 236(4) of the Act, amends the final reporting date in the notice titled “2022 Review of the Intelligence and Security Act” (New Zealand Gazette, 2 March 2022, Notice No. 2022-go693) accordingly:

Paragraph 4.3 is removed and replaced with the following:

“The Prime Minister has specified, under section 236(3)(c) of the Act, that the review is to be concluded by 31 January 2023.”
