In accordance with section 122(7) of the Ngati Toa Rangatira Claims Settlement Act 2014 (“Act”), the Director-General of Conservation hereby publishes notice of the following appointment to the strategic advisory committee that was established by section 121 of the Act to perform functions in relation to the Kapiti Island reserve sites created by the Act.

The following appointment has been made by the Director-General of Conservation in accordance with section 122(3) of the Act and the appointee has been notified by the Director–General:

Manaaki Barrett, of Otaki.

This appointment takes effect from the date of this notice and is for a term of five years.
