Pursuant to section 120 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the Associate Minister of Health has reappointed for the Minister of Health, as per their delegated authority

Lara Sanders as a health practitioner member

for a term of office commencing on 28 November 2022 and ending on 4 November 2024, and appointed

Dr Kesava Kovanur Sampath as a health practitioner member

Dr Rebecca Mowat as a health practitioner member

Susan Kedgley as a layperson member

for three-year terms of office commencing on 28 November 2022, to Kaunihera Haumanu Tuahiwi o Aotearoa | Osteopathic Council of New Zealand.
