as members of the Maritime New Zealand Authority, for terms commencing on 7 November 2022 and expiring on 6 November 2025; and pursuant to Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act, the Minister of Transport has appointed

Roy James Weaver

as Deputy Chairperson of the Maritime New Zealand Authority, for a term commencing on 7 November 2022 and expiring on 30 June 2024.
