Revocation of Director-General Notices Under the COVID-19 Public Health Response Act 2020

The Director-General Notice (New Zealand Gazette, 28 July 2022, Notice No. 2022-sl3131) pursuant to section 5(3)(b) of the COVID-19 Public Health Response Act 2020 relating to “specification of COVID-19 Vaccines for the purpose of clause 12 of the Maritime Border Order”, is revoked.

The Director-General Notice (New Zealand Gazette, 21 March 2022, Notice No. 2022-go1009) pursuant to section 5(3)(a) of the of the COVID-19 Public Health Response Act 2020 relating to “an exemption from the requirements of clause 13 of the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Air Border) Order 2021” is revoked.

The Director-General Notice (New Zealand Gazette, 25 February 2022, Notice No. 2022-go680) pursuant to section 5(3)(a) of the of the COVID-19 Public Health Response Act 2020 relating to “an exemption from the requirements of clause 13 of the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Air Border) Order 2021” is revoked.

The Director-General Notice (New Zealand Gazette, 11 March 2022, Notice No. 2022-go896) pursuant to section 5(3)(a) of the of the COVID-19 Public Health Response Act 2020 relating to “Revocation and Replacement—Specified COVID-19 Vaccination Exemption Criteria” is revoked.

The Director-General Notice (New Zealand Gazette, 25 February, Notice No. 2022-go684) pursuant to section 5(3)(b) of the of the COVID-19 Public Health Response Act 2020 relating to “Specification of COVID-19 Vaccines Under Section 5(3) of the COVID-19 Public Health Response Act 2020” is revoked.

The Director-General Notice (New Zealand Gazette, 14 June 2022, Notice No. 2022-go2367) pursuant to section 5(3)(b) of the of the COVID-19 Public Health Response Act 2020 relating to “Specification of COVID-19 Vaccines Under the COVID-19 Public Health Response Act 2020 for the Purpose of the Air Border Order” is revoked.
