1. Title
This notice is the Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 5) 2022.
2. Commencement
This notice comes into effect on 1 January 2023.
3. Certain statistical key codes and descriptions substituted
The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical key codes represented by Tariff items and codes 0309.39.00 23J, 0309.90.20 00H, and 7019.80.00 00K and substituting the statistical key codes specified in the First Schedule to this notice.
4. Certain statistical key descriptions amended
The Tariff is hereby amended by correcting the descriptions represented by Tariff item and statistical key code unit 3824.92.00 00H, with the description specified in the Second Schedule to this Notice.

Explanatory Note
This notice amends the statistical key codes, units, and descriptions of the Tariff codes specified in this notice. The purpose of this amendment is to correct the placement of the statistical code for freeze-dried mussel powder, allow articles of glass wool to be identified separately and correct an error with a description.
