Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 22 January 2022, which was granted under those regulations to Gavin Hazelden, in respect of Habourside Kids Childcare Centre (45312), situated at 88–120 College Road, Northcote, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
