Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, acting under delegated authority, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager to the Te Karaka Area School (624) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 January 2019, Notice No. 2019-go235) and amendment notice (published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 December 2021, Notice No. 2021-go5327).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
