Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, acting under delegated authority, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager to the Pakiri School (1074) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 March 2020, Notice No. 2020-go1018), and amendment notice (published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 November 2020, Notice No. 2020-go5078).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
