Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 October 2020, which was granted under those regulations to Rochelle Nimmo, in respect of PORSE Meadowbank S1 (55466), situated at 301–303 Karamu Road North, Hastings.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
