Pursuant to Regulation 17(4) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 17 May 2022, which was granted under those regulations to Craig Williams, in respect of Abbey’s Place Childcare Centre (30219), situated at 15 Millers Road, Brookfield, Tauranga.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
