I, Peter Bryant Highton, Senior Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that in October 2022, the Treasury became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324(1) of the Companies Act 1993, by virtue of the removal of the companies listed below from the Companies Register, with the rights to funds held by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (New Zealand) Limited.
