Pursuant to section 96(4) of the Animal Welfare Act 1999, I hereby give notice that the application from NZeno Limited requesting revocation of the code of ethical conduct held by it (New Zealand Gazette, 4 October 2018, Notice No. 2018-go4960) has been approved, effective as at the date of this notice.
