Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 15 May 2021, which was granted under those regulations to Kelly Brown, in respect of Little Joys Homebased Childcare Limited (47867), situated at 2/285 Point Chevalier Road, Point Chevalier, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
