Under section 30 Schedule 6 of the Education and Training Act 2020 and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I approve that the attendance dues payable to The NZ Marist Brothers Trust Board in respect of any pupil at St Paul's College, Sacred Heart College and Marcellin College shall be:

• a maximum of $545.00 (exclusive of GST) per pupil per year for pupils in years 7–8; and
• a maximum of $985.00 (exclusive of GST) per pupil per year for pupils in years 9–13 from 2023.
