Under section 30 Schedule 6 of the Education and Training Act 2020 and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I approve that the attendance dues payable to St Mary’s College Auckland Limited in respect of any pupil at St Mary’s College (Ponsonby) shall be a maximum of $545.00 (exclusive of GST) per pupil per year for pupils in years 7–8 and a maximum of $985.00 (exclusive of GST) per pupil per year for pupils in years 9–13 from 2023.
