Under section 30 Schedule 6 of the Education and Training Act 2020 and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I approve that the attendance dues payable to Baradene College Limited in respect of any pupil at Baradene College shall be:

• a maximum of $545.00 (exclusive of GST) per pupil per annum for pupils in years 7–8; and
• a maximum of $985.00 (exclusive of GST) per pupil per annum for pupils in years 9–13.
