General Use Claim:

Cattle: For the reduction of pain and inflammation associated with surgical and band castration. It is recommended that the solution be administered orally two hours prior to procedure. To treat non-infectious musculoskeletal pain and inflammation associated with lameness. To reduce culling associated with clinical and subclinical disease in lactating cows. To reduce pain associated with parturition in cattle. Dose rate: Single dose of 1mg/kg.

Horses: For alleviation of pain and inflammation associated with castration. For alleviation of pain and inflammation associated with both acute and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Dose rate: 0.6mg/kg daily for up to 14 days.

Any person may make a written submission to the director-general concerning this application.

3. must be received by the director-general no later than 30 working days after the date of notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
