Pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, and section 6(2) of the Takeovers Act 1993, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has appointed

Carl Geoffrey Blanchard

as Chair, and reappointed as a member, of the Takeovers Panel, commencing on 29 August 2022 and expiring on 28 August 2025; and

Anna Elizabeth Buchly

as Deputy Chair of the Takeovers Panel, commencing on 29 August 2022 and expiring on 28 August 2027, and as a member of the Takeovers panel, commencing on 31 January 2023 and expiring on 30 January 2028; and reappointed

Silvana Gabriela Schenone

as a member of the Takeovers Panel, commencing on 29 August 2022 and expiring on 28 August 2027; and

Sacha Helena Judd

Nathanael William Starrenburg

as members of the Takeovers Panel, commencing on 29 August 2022 and expiring on 28 August 2025.
