Pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, Her Excellency the Governor General of New Zealand has appointed:

Sheree Sandra Ryan

as a member of the External Reporting Board, commencing on 29 August 2022 and expiring on 28 August 2027; and reappointed:

Michael Eric Bradbury; and

John Douglas Kensington

as members of the External Reporting Board, commencing on 29 August 2022 and expiring on 28 August 2027.
