Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 18 October 2021, which was granted under those regulations to Mohini Desai, in respect of Jemmas Homebased Childcare & Education Service Auckland (10207), situated at 773 Cameron Road, Tauranga.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
