Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Glenn Tootill, Senior Solicitor, The Treasury, hereby give notice that on 18 and 19 September 2022 respectively, the Honourable Grant Robertson, Minister of Finance, and the Honourable Willie Jackson, Minister for Broadcasting and Media gave approval under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 164 of that Act (restrictions on use of derivatives), for Radio New Zealand Limited to enter into forward exchange contracts for the purpose of purchasing transmission equipment.
