as Deputy Chair to the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal for a three-year term of office, commencing on 12 September 2022; and reappointed

Craig MacKenzie

as pharmacist members to the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal for five-year terms of office, commencing on 12 September 2022; and appointed

Kevin Pewhairangi

Sheenal Kumar

Sanjoy Nand

as pharmacist members to the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal for five-year terms of office, commencing on 12 September 2022.
