Notice Title: Tariff Concession Approvals, Withdrawals and Declines Notice (No. 39) 2022

I, Tony Peebles, Acting Supervising Customs Officer, Revenue and Assurance, New Zealand Customs Service, acting pursuant to section 8 of the Tariff Act 1988 under delegated authority, hereby:

withdraw with effect fourteen days from the date of this New Zealand Gazette, or otherwise at the date so specified, the approvals granted in respect of the entry of goods listed in the Schedule to this notice;

SCHEDULE Withdrawal of Obsolete Concessions (the concessions no longer serve any purpose as the tariff items aligned with them, (or the replacement tariff items for those that are expired), are now free of duty in their own right.)

Withdrawal of Concession

Any request for a review of a decision must be lodged with the Service within one calendar month of the notification of the decision in the New Zealand Gazette and the New Zealand Customs Service website, www.customs.govt.nz.
