Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 27 February 2020, which was granted under those regulations to Kerry Jones, in respect of Te Kōhanga Reo o Te Tira Hou Marae (25177), situated at corner of Tripoli and Caen Roads, 2A Caen Road, Panmure, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
