Pursuant to section 577(1) of the Education and Training Act 2020, the annual levy payable by the boards of state schools who are participants in the School Risk Management Scheme, is set at the rate of $15.00 per student per annum.

The purpose of the annual levy is to recover the administration, insurance, and claim costs of the scheme.

This notice will come into force on 1 January 2023 and will apply each year until the notice is revoked or the school risk management scheme is discontinued under section 576 of the Education and Training Act 2020.
