Under Schedule 6, clauses 11(1)(c) and 14 of the Education and Training Act 2020, I hereby give notice that the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen in right of New Zealand, and The Roman Catholic Bishop of the Diocese of Dunedin (the proprietor) have mutually agreed to cancel the integration agreement for St Joseph’s School (Port Chalmers), Dunedin (3828) with effect from 27 January 2023.

This agreement was signed on 30 July 2022, by the Associate Minister of Education (School Operations) on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen in right of New Zealand, and the proprietor.
