Closing Date for Objections 13 September 2022
Notice is hereby given that NZ Customs propose to withdraw the tariff concessions as listed in the Schedule to this notice. The reason being that the concessions no longer serve any purpose as the tariff items aligned with these concessions, (or the replacement tariff items for those that are expired), are now free of duty in their own right. Any person wishing to lodge an objection should do so in writing, to the New Zealand Customs Service, Attn: Valuation, Origin and Classification section, PO Box 29, Shortland Street, Auckland 1140, Email voc@customs.govt.nz, before 13 September 2022.
All submissions should include:
- the Tariff Concession (Advertisement) Notice number;
- reference number.
